What Can I Support You With?

Self-Blame and Shame

Many survivors blame themselves or feel ashamed to talk about their experience. I’m here to create space for you to share your story at your own pace and remind you that it wasn’t your fault.

Grief and Loss

You might be mourning changes in your sense of self, relationships, and worldview. I want you to know that your grief is valid, even if it’s messy, prolonged, or doesn’t follow the stages of grief we’ve been told are “normal”.

Anxiety and Panic

Traumatic experiences can keep your brain in survival mode, constantly scanning for threats. I provide psychoeducation on strategies to cope with anxiety and panic.

Self-Harm and Suicide

Many survivors struggle with suicidial ideation and self-harm following their trauma. I can support you with safety planning and harm minimization strategies.

Intersecting Trauma

I support survivors in navigating intersecting forms of trauma, including sexism, queerphobia, racism, colonialism, and ableism.

Depression

Feelings of sadness and hopelessness can make it hard to get through the day. I’m here to help you explore these feelings and learn strategies to help you feel better.
